How to Make Mayonnaise at Home

Once I got a chance to make mayonnaise at home. I started searching the recipe through internet. I was amazed that it was written in very different ways in different sites. There are very few ingredients used in making but a lot of sites make it very difficult. When I made mayonnaise myself I come to realize that its so easy to make. So I am sharing my recipe with you.

There are few ingredients in it. The ingredients used in it, is as follows:
Fresh Eggs: 4
Oil: 300 grams
Salt: To Taste
Sugar: 2 Table spoons
Vinegar: 3 Table spoons

How to Mix it

Take a blender. Put all the ingredients in it except the oil. Now blend them for a while. Remove the upper lid of the blender and start pouring the oil very slowly. It is better to take oil in the container with small nozzle. Now keep pouring the oil in the blender slowly and also keep the blender on at normal speed. You will see after few minutes that mixture become thick and smooth. Stop the blender and take the mixture out. It is in light yellow color. Enjoy it.

How To Make Lite Mayonnaise

A lot of people have a weight pmayonnaise easy recipesroblem. They should avoid mayonnaise available in the market. It has very large amount of fats and calories. You can make lite and low fat mayonnaise at home. Just take 4 egg whites instead if two eggs. Cut down the amount of sugar. Use olive oil instead of other cooking oils. Olive oil is really good for health and skin. We should include it in our daily meals. I prefer low fat mayonnaise as it is much healthier than full fat mayonnaise.

Make Mayonnaise More Delicious

You can add different things to mayonnaise to enhance its flavor. For example, chopped garlic mixed with mayonnaise gives a unique flavor. You can add pieces of chicken, olives, capsicum etc. Crushed black pepper make a good combination with it. Experiment yourself by adding different flavors and enjoy.

How To Make A Healthy Sandwich With Mayonnaise

There are hundreds of ways to make sandwiches. But it is my recipe to make a very healthy and satisfying sandwich.

Take three pieces of bran bread. Take two table spoon mayonnaise. Add some boiled chicken and fine chopped cabbage in it. Put some black pepper in it and mix it well. Now take a boiled egg. Slice it in 4 pieces. Take some Salad Leaves and wash it. Now Put the slices of egg on one piece of bran bread then cover it with second piece. Now spread the mixture of mayonnaise and put the third piece over it. The sandwich is ready.

Ingredients

  • 400g mutton
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 5 slices ginger
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/3 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1/3 Szechuan hot bean sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation – 5 minutes

  • Cut mutton into thin slices
  • Chop ginger, red chili pepper
  • Slice garlic
  • Cut spring onion into sections
  • Mix cornstarch with water as sauce

Instruction (5-10 min)

  • Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until hot
  • Add ginger, garlic, Szechuan hot bean sauce, and mutton
  • Pour in rice wine and stir-fry with high heat until mutton changes color
  • Sprinkle in red chili pepper, spring onion, salt and stir-fry until cooked through
  • Pour in mixed cornstarch sauce and sesame oil
  • Stir until well combined and serve
